我以為最近有事要回中國超過1年多，所以申請了回美證，我想問一下回美證是申請下來就開始生效，還是從我開始回中國開始算起的。

另外我如果超過一年回去美國的話，這個回美證是不是用了一次以後就沒有效用了？而如果我不到一年就回美國的話，那麽這個回美證是不是還可以留到下次再用，請高手解答一下，
