1) It is very good learning experience, even if you lose.
2) You can ask a chinese friend with good english to help you
3) The judge will not make decision based on skin color or english fluence, and most likely will try to save you money and make both sides happy (or not unhappy)

btw, CRAYON MARKS are not permanent, but washable or erasable, so repainting maybe an overkill
