it's a grey area for the

transition time. it's still a grey area, no clear time defination. someone says 3 month, someone says 1 week. when is your h-1b visa expired? i changed three jobs before. first one takes me almost two month and second one takes me almost 4 month. since my h-1b is still valid, the ins didn't give me difficult time when i send the change company app. but you have to bear in mind that you have to match up the time on your app. the only affidavit ins requests might be the last 3 pay checks copies.
