我現在是h1b，老婆h4，剛辦了h1b 在pending，我廣告打完，perm剛遞，現在要被lay off，但過一段時間可能還能被回顧用。

我能不能暫時轉成f1，掛個身份呢，
-I do not suggest you to change of status F1 now, but wait for your wife becomes H1 and then, you may change your H1 to H4 if your unemployment for a longer time, and then change back to H1 when you have the job again.

辦了perm對轉f1有影響嗎？
-No.
被回顧是，對綠卡有影響嗎？
-No, if you will still work for the same employer later, your PERM still be effective.
我老婆如果轉成f1 or f2， 會不會是被認為自動取消h1b，
-Yes, if F1 is approved after H1 approval.
還是可以等h1生效，用h1工作。
-Yes.
