我的問題是，140 eb1a 已經批準2年，由於個人原因回國了，美國的工作也已經辭掉。人在中國，還能遞交824表拿到綠卡馬，還是140已經無效了。
我看了關於824表的說明，再填寫“填寫824標的原因”處，我沒有找到適合我的情況。請問863211老師，我這種情況能通過什莫途徑完成身份轉換，還是說跟本就不行了。基於我自己的理解，我以為拿上我的140批準書，到廣州使館就可以解決了，可是現在看來好像不是這樣，但為啥我也看到了一個律師寫，能幫助140批準但身在中國的人拿到綠卡呢？這種情況是不是與824表有關呢，
-Your I-140 are always valid. You can use consular processing to get your green card in China (Guangzhou U.S. Consulate), but you need to have a U.S. employer to offer a job in your area when you get interviewed for the immigration visa.
