one more thing

EAD is 765. you file 140, 765 & 485 altogether. EAD is the working permit card valid for one year under your spouser's(employer) name. once you get your EAD, you can apply for AP. AP is only used for you to re-enter the county if you plan to travel overseas. if you change job after 140 is approved and 485 app is over 180 days, you need to update info with your EAD.
