PJiang - EB3, AC21 --to-- self-employment

PJiang, How to do AC21 to self-employment? I registered a company in the county, and I am setting up a bank-account for the company. I have project and client. Any restriction on what type of company it has to be? How should I pay myself? 1099 or W-2? Any details you can point to?
