Approval Notice 上確實有停留日期，那是讓作為個人留底的。在入海關時，移民官會在I-94 上蓋章顯示停留日期，那延期新的I-94卡上就不用顯日期了？謝謝。
- No. There is no 停留日期 in any I-94 of Extension (e.g. H1, H4, B1/B2, etc.). You have to leave U.S. and provide the I-94 before the ending date indicating on the approval notice. The USCIS have the ending date on your file, and when you leave U.S. before the ending date by providing the I-94, USCIS will know you have no unlawful presence and nothing will affect you in the future.
