I know.U have to apply SIN card first which is like SSN card in States.The office is in a building next to London Drug at around 5300 Kingsway,Burnaby.The office for Health Card is at McKay & Kingsway, Burnaby,across Staple.I think U should get a map book before U do those.Crossing the border,U can find travel info booth. I believe U can get a lot at there.
