請問小白兔和各位朋友，我的485被據了，當時麵試的時候，移民官讓我申請601WAIVER，但在我遞上601的第2天收到485被據。現在我想MOTION　REOPEN，是不是遞交290B即可，要不要重新申請第2個485（我是副申請人，老公綠卡在我485麵試之前以批），萬分感謝！
-You just need to file an I-485 Motion to Reopen (MTR)and enclose the I-601 waiver and any other required evidences.

Just be curious, why did you need 601 waiver? Were you out of status >180 days before filing i-485 or something else?
