還有一問題， perm在第六年申請， 被audit， 還能申請第七年延期嗎？因為labor certification pending不到一年。
-No. Perm or I-140 must be filed at least one year before the six year h1 expires or I-140 is approved to be qualified for the H1 extension beyond the six-year H1 limitation.
