請問Pjiang 老師: Apply for EAD 已三月,但仍未收到批

I applied EAD for my daughter for her summer intern. The USCIS received the application on July 7th. Now 3 month past, but we still not received 批文 from USCIS. Even we cannot see any new information about the case online, except for the received date.
請問Pjiang 老師 or anyone who experienced this case, 這種情況正常嗎? What can I do to persuade them to process the application quickly?
