誠問: 綠卡沒批, 換工作風險大嗎?

我一直在同一公司工作, EB3 PD是2005年3月, 140 通過的. EB2-NIW PD 是2007年8月, 140 也通過的. 我如果我換了工作, 我現在的公司可以REVOKE我的EB3的140嗎? 我不想失去EB3 的PD. 但我現在的公司has　ｂｅｅｎ　taking　advantage on my status　ｆｏｒ　ｍａｎｙ years, I was thinking to　ｌｅａｖｅ　my　current employer ｆｏｒ　ａ　ｂｅｔｔｅｒ opportunity in the same field ? 前題是不想有失去EB3 140的危險. I want EB3 PD can carry over EB2. I am working with my EAD card. 謝謝各位大蝦.
