我是副申請人，i-485自從去年交後一直pending, 今年4月份辭了工作 （h1b)，身份自動轉成 AOS, 5月份回國， 回國時還沒拿到AP， 結果AP 的批準時間比我的回國日期晚了3 天， AP就無效了是嗎？
