父母放棄綠卡回國三年. 想再簽證來美小住. 老人家以前是B2在美國境內轉綠卡, 聽說很難再簽證,
-Not really. Your parents gave up the green cards, and that means they have no immigration intent and thus, it should be easy to get the B2 visa.
請教有類似經曆的朋友如何組準備材料.
