Hi,
My EB1A was denied last year. Then my lawyer filed EB1B for me this year. It was denied again. Will this impact my future I-140 applications? If I file EB1 again in the future, will it be denied again? My lawyer told me that my future EB1 application will be delt by the same adjuster. Is this true? Will this impact my EB2 if I go for that category?
If I change a new employer with a new visa, will it give me a fresh start on I-140 application?
Thank for your help.
To PJiang: EB1A denied, Any impact on the future I-140?
