請問：Does employment verification required for H1B transfer?

準備換到另一大學。新學校在做H1B transfer時要我現在學校的employment verification letter。 請問employment verification lette是必需 的嗎？我現在的學校會願意出嗎？我現在還不想讓我老板知道換工作。
