I just got lay off. I have been given 2 weeks notification. My employment terminates at the end of July. My situation is: I am currently using H1B, 4th year and in the 2nd renewal. I have applied EB3 (140 and 485 at JUL2007). My 140 got approved at FEB2009. I have applied EAD and got approved EAD until the end of 2010.

While I am looking for the new job, will I use my EAD or still using H1B?
- You may still in H-1b if employer sponsors it

What about 180 days rule?
