目前身份是J2, 在非營利機構工作，由於勞公要換H1，我在想能不能讓我們公司幫我辦H1，但是我隻有大專學曆，不知道是否可以？
-H1 needs a 4-year U.S. Bachelor or a higher degree (e.g. MS, Ph.D.) But the working experience can be counted as the degree year. Each year missing towards the degree can be substituted with 3 years of relevant experience in the field. So, if you have worked in your field for 3 or more years, you are qualifed for the H1 education degree requirement.
