B2是探親簽證，通常隻給6個月，就是說你們隻能在美國合法停留6個月，可以延期，但一般最多給1年。真的不明白為什麽把好好的H1B轉成B2, 你原本可以重找一家公司，隻要transfer你的H1B就可以了的。Anyway, 已經這樣了，你最好找個好律師谘詢一下。
