My son just come back from Chile. He hold H4(08/01/10 exp) and with AP(we are I-485 pending), he already used EAD. The IO just made a stamp on his passport and write down as N/C, no new I-94 be given, and didn't stamp on his AP paper. PJ do you know what that mean N/C? thanks
