my I485 has been pending for 2 years. Perm EB2, 140 approved 2 years ago. Recently I was offered an expatriate job in Holand. If I take it, what is the impact to my 485 application? Thanks a lot for your comments.
-Do you mean you quit the jon in U.S.? If you leave U.S. for a long period of time (> one year), your I-485 most likely will be denied. So, you may need to change your I-485 to Consulate processing if you work outside of U.S. for a long term, but you still need an employer in U.S. to support your green card application.
