1.H1b change of status首次回國簽證，去麵試時候需要提前讓領事館查i797是否在PIMS裏(在其他網站上看到的說法)?
-You do not need to do that. Because this sytems has been activated for a while (> one year), your employer has been required to file a copy of your H1 petition to the system and thus, the visa officer in US consulate in China will find your case in the sysytem when you are interviewed for the visa.

2.您是否建議H1b COS回國（5月以前F1，現在是OPT，10月7日上班）？
-Just go ahead and you have no probelm to get the visa.
