485 deny了.請一定指點

朋友父母辦綠卡，因為各種原因，結果reschedule interview程序弄錯，485 deny了。
並且父母被告知30天內離境。這種情況下能否在30天內重新file 485，並且繼續滯
留美國，還是必須離境去中國，在中國file 485，等485approval後重新來美。大家
誰聽說或者知道類似的情況？請一定指點。謝謝。
