My 140 was filed in early 12/2008 and 485 was filed in early 01/2009
- You may check processing date (I would think it is not yet)

By the way, I have another 485 with approved NIW 140 at NSC (they were filed in summer of 2007).
- This I-485 may be linked to EB1b automatically when it is processed
