We are going to apply Green Card now, my hu*****and is a faculty in university, and we asked some lawyer, some of them said we could apply special handling first and then apply I-140 and I-485, some of them said we could apply I-140 and I-485 first, that can save time but have some risks! So, can you share your information to us, which one we should choose? how much for your lawyer? I am going to file to the Texas center too.
