我的情況是：最近被laid off, 找了一份contract的工作，但公司不直接發工資給我，而是讓我開公司，把錢發到我的公司。不知此舉是否會對將來綠卡審批造成麻煩？
-The problem is that your GC application is NIW, so you need to work for an employer in the same/similar area. The contract work does not affect your I-485, but not be helpful to your GC application either.
