公民申請國內已婚哥哥移民的問題

我是公民，申請國內的哥哥移民（已婚）。

2005 年交的申請，今年五月份收到移民局的信，說已經approved，並且petition已經transafer 到 National Visa Center。我們非常震驚。因為聽說這類移民都要等十幾年的。。

我哥哥那邊並有ready. 有沒有辦法拖？

如果辦的話，從現在到拿到簽證，一般而言，還要等多久？
