能否用舊140 申請H1B 延期3年

本人140已批複近2年, 485 未遞, 公司不穩定, 若換公司, 應進行H1B transfer,若申請綠卡,應進行新的LC and 140 申請. 現有一問題, 若我換公司後, 不能用新的LC and 140 申請H1B extension, 能否用舊的140 申請H1B extension for 3 years. (舊的H1B almost up to 6 years).謝謝!!
