1.我05年4月拿的綠卡.請問最快什麽時候可以申請公民?
-You can file the application in Jan. 2010.
2.我父母的B2簽證快到期了,我想留他們在身邊,請問他們身份黑了以後,會影響以後我幫他們辦綠卡嗎?
-No problem, as long as USCIS does not catch them physically after their B2 expiration and before they file I-485..
