我收到I485的RFE,要求我報2006年12月31日以來的自雇曆史. 我從2005年開始兼職作美安傳銷.請問這是不是自雇?
-Most likely it is. Did you have I-485 based EAD when you did 傳銷? If yes, it would be Ok and just provide a copy of the EAD and explain it in the cover letter.
如果是, 能否有解決辦法, 比如用245K之類.
-If you did have the EAD, you will have big trouble. 245K does not work for your case because there had been more than six months since you worked.

如果那位前輩知道這方麵的好律師, 請推薦.
-You can try to find a lawyer, but I do not think amy lawyer can help you very much if you violated the status rule for such a long period of time.
