那比如有效日期是2002年1月1日到2004年1月1日，可是申請人2003年9月1日就轉成j-1了，使用h-1的日期就應該算成2002/1/1 - 2003/9/1，而不是還用2002/1/1 - 2004/1/1吧。
同理，如果申請人2002/2/1才入境，那使用日期更應該按2002/2/1 - 2003/9/1 算吧。
