Call USCIS for card

If you received approval notice, the card should be in processing soon. Online status could have some changes. For example, card production ordered and then card sent, after 485 approval notice.

You can go to USCIS, type your case number to search the online status. If card sent, the delivery could be a problem. It may be lost. Anyway, USCIS will give you more details. They can duplicate one if lost.

Don't worry, Green card is yours after 485 approval. It may take time. Good luck and Have a nice holiday.
