請教加拿大公民結婚綠卡身份問題

請教各位:

LG為美國公民,我是加拿大公民在美工作 withTN visa, TN 不能有移民傾向,

my questions:

1. 我可以在美申請結婚綠卡嗎？

2. 在等EAD時間裏我的身份有什麽問題? 能在美等EAD嗎？

3. 能在美工作with TN visa嗎？if once my company is not stable, lay off me before I get EAD, how can I keep my legal status.
