回複：急問： H1 轉H4， I-539表有一項填錯了，怎麽辦啊！

“Is this application based on an extension or change of status already granted to your spouse, child or parent?”選了個NO，當時以為是問老公有沒有延期過他的H1，因為目前還沒有，所以選了No，今天想想，可能是問他的H1有沒有批下來。因為我選了NO，所以根本就沒有把老公2007年已經批下來的H1的Recipt #寫上去。這可怎麽辦啊。。。有沒有可能修改啊。還有，會不會因為填錯了，給deny啊。
-No problem. USCIS will not deny your application just based on your mistake in filling in the form. If they need you to clarify it, they will send you RFE.

還有個問題，就是老公的單位雇傭證明，因為老公九月要轉到另外一個學校，他目前公司給他開的證明信是到8月31日,2009。而他目前的H1是到8月31, 2010。我要用他現在的這個H1 file我的H4,也到8月31,2010。這個證明信會不會有問題？
