Thanks, godinger. I was told the new h1b (for working in industry) will be subject to the annual quota since my current h1b was not. A lawer told me that I can work in university with my current h1b and at the same time to do a parttime job in industry using EAD, just not sure about this. Any suggestions? Thanks again
