Thanks a lot, bbfish. I do want to keep my H1B (I485 pending), but if I use EAD to do parttime job (earn some extra money) in industry, will there be any problem (violation of any rule) since I am still working in university uising H1B visa? Do I need use EAD for both of them or I can use H1b and EAD simultaneously? Thanks again for help.
