You need to get your fingerprint done at ur local police station and send that to FBI with a check. FBI will mail you back the original fingerprint card and put a stamp on it, saying no criminal record found. You need to mail this to canadian immigration in buffalo.
Call or fax the question to them if you haven't received anything from them over 1 month
