Three options, either one is OK.
1. Bring the I-485 approval notice (or email, online information, etc.) to the USCIS local office to get a stamp on your passort (the function of this stamp is equal to the physical green card).
2. If you have AP, you can use AP for travel.
3. You can go to China and ask someone send the green card to you and you just use it to come back.
