Thanks for your advice. The J1 waiver is essential for me to get I-485 approval. But the Chinese consulate only gives J1 waiver to Chinese, not Chinese-Canadian. It is not reasonable! My family is in big trouble. Could you give me some suggestions to find other way to solve the problem?
