沒回複RFE，收到卡了，介紹經過

TSC EB1A（PD June 03, 2008）於4月10日收到移民局的email通知說當日寄出了一封帶RFE內容的信。可是到今天，我和律師從沒收到過這封信。中間我用POJ的辦法打了幾次電話，接電話的人都說會讓處理我case的移民官重寄。律師也通過美國移民律師協會發了inquiry。可是都沒結果(曾在本版發貼求幫助,鏈接在這裏

在６月初的時候，律師助手給我發信說　“XXX （我的律師） believes that with the documentation we've amassed requesting this RFE　that in the event of a denial, it can be overturned. Our next avenue is　congressional methods.”他們幫我聯係了康州那位著名的參議員。於是

June 5, 2009, I-140, Approval notice sent
June 11, 2009，I485 welcoming notice to both LD and me (auto relinked to NIW
I-485 PD July 20, 2007)
June 11, 2009，Card production ordered for both LD and me
June 15, 2009, second Card production ordered for both LD and me
June 24, 2009, I485 Approval notice sent to both LD and me （還沒收到?）
June 25, 2009, both cards received

Background: PhD. 2007 in Chemistry (US university), has been a
research scientist since then: ~20 papers (8 first authored ones); 3
approved patents; 150 ISI citations; reviewed 40+ manuscripts; Sigma Xi
member; member of editorial board for an international journal

順便提一下我的律師，當時用的時候，覺得巨貴無比，先開始的 NIW和後麵的EB1A
attorney fee filing fee和ＬＤ兩個人加起來超過10K，直到一個月前都有被宰的感覺。第一次見了後就隻能和助手打交道，助手也不怎麽改推薦信。不過要感謝一下LD建議用這個律師，因為見其曾當過美國移民律師協會的主席，事務所還有另外當過主席的合夥人。也許貴也有貴的道理。現在想想我的case在被RFE後能以這個結果結束，也許這個律師還是有其resource給我以幫助。
