本人剛拿到美國公民,想給已滯留在美3個月的媽媽辦綠卡/
可是我已被雷半年,現在收入隻有失業金和兒童撫養費, 但手頭還有很多現金儲蓄/請問象我這樣的情況會, 給母親申請綠卡會不會成功?

130 和 485 一起寄還是先寄130 較好?
