剛發現H4沒有和LD的H1一起延期。H1 仍有效之2011。
H4 過期(12/31/2008)幾乎半年，是否還能在國內簽H4？風險多高？加拿大簽是否可
行？
-You can not go out of U.S. without AP. Otherwise, your I-485 will be invalid. Your status is AOS now and you do not worry about that. If your I-485 is denied, you can go out of U.S. to get an H4 visa to get back to h4 status. But you have to stay in AOS at present.
