請問我拿到綠卡僅3個月，即不足6個月，是否申請失業保險對綠卡有不利影響？請告訴我為什麽 "But I would not do it unless I absolutely have to."?

我可以不申請失業保險。但我想知道原因。再次表示感謝！！
