6/24/09: 老板通知Laid-off. 但是正式離開公司時間為為7/29/09.
6/25/09: 收到USCIS的EMAIL 通知需要補充材料.信件6/24/09 寄出.
我正在計劃下周初與雇主/律師協商一段緩衝時間,譬如盡量延長REVOKE的時間,這樣一來我可以盡快找下份工作.
請問如下問題:
1, 下麵這封是RFE嗎? 是要求雇傭證明還是其他? 我看到其他兄弟姐妹的RFE信件RECEIPT # 是SRCXX, 我的是LINXXX. 我打電話, USCIS工作人員說看不到信的內容. 需要至多15天時間受到.
2. 雇主/律師可以在正式解聘前REVOKE我的CASE嗎? 這解聘通知和USCIS通知同一天時間,太巧了吧? 我懷疑公司背後做了手腳. 我問了老板,他說不知道.
