Q: Do the recommendation letters need to be sealed?
A: No. I used all photocopies.

Q: I have a copy of old sample petition letters for EB-2. It lists something like section number such as I.N.A. §203(b)(2)(B)..Is it necessary to list these regulation or Act numbers?
A: Not sure those codes should be cited. Besides other common points like extraordinary / outstanding ability, the NIW petition should also stress the national interest of your work by referring to specific comments in your reference letters or other evidence (job nature, publication....). It should also states that a labor certification would adversely affect the national interest.

Q: Can I just simply list of the criteria and say I meet some of them and meet the minimum requirement?
A: I think so. List the specific criteria you meet by referring to supporting evidence.

Q: If I have to refer to these regulations, where can I find it?
A: Sorry don't know. I did not cite them and got approved.
