急問：要麵試，但病重，如何辦？

我2年前申請路卡時身體好好的，但今年初開始生病，瘦了很多，上個月開始修short term disability leave, 下個月麵試，如何辦才好？真是很不幸，為了盧卡把身體熬壞了，又碰上麵試，跪求建議！叩謝！
