PJANG, please help on renew EAD and AP

Dear PJANG or other friends:

Please help me answer the following questions:

For Advanced Parole (回美證)：

(1) Should I and my wife file separately or together using one form?

(2) What should I put under “3. Class of admission”?

(3) In part 7, “How many trips do you intend to use this document?” I plan to select “more than one trip” as I will go back to China from Dec. 17 to Jan. 1 2010 and might use it again in 2010 Summer, but if I do so, how should I answer items 1 and 2 under Part 3 since there are only one box?

(4) What other documents I must file together with this form in addition to copy of current AP, copy of passport and I-94, copy of 485 receipt, and two color passport photos? Do I need my current department provide a letter of employment?

For EAD card:

(1) Item 11, what date should I provide? Delivered date? Submission date? or receipt date? I guess it doesn't matter?

(2) Item 16, I think I should be (c) (9) based on instructions, please let me know if that is correct.

(3) Same as question (4) for 1 above
