I-140 Multi filling, Pjiang please help!

皮匠老師：

我在2007年遞了NIW 140/485.140 已經批準，I-485 Pending. 最近公司又幫我遞了I-140 (EB1B), 我才發現律師在填我的表時，錯誤的把問題" Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person?" 答為 "No".今天收到了I-140收據，上邊有我的NIW I-485 的A# 。我現在很緊張，不知到會不會因為這個錯誤會使我的新140被直接據掉？請您幫忙看看有沒有辦法彌補？ 謝謝！！！
