AP renewal question (for pjiang and other high hands). Thanks!

I used AP twice this year and it will expire in July. I will renew AP soon. My 3-year H1B will expire in November and I will need to get another 3-year H1B too. Here are my questions:

1. Do I have to renew AP after I get the H1B notice in November?

2. Do I have to use the same I-131 form for renewal? Is there another form for renewal purpose?

Please advise. Thanks a lot.
